"We have called for 2 days to Cancel our Horry County Personal Property Taxes, since we do not own the RV any longer as of May 6th, 2024. They kept referring me to Taylor Tindall, who has not returned our calls! Extremely difficult to have a conversation with these people."

Ms. Jones has actually personally called me to resolve the few confusions I've had and even fixed the problem or plainly explained the misunderstanding on my part or apologized if it was a error on their end. I truly appreciate their quick response and helpfulness."

"I’m not sure where the problem lies but once again I’m worried I won’t get my vehicle registration renewed due to a lack of a tax bill. Here it is 5 Jan and still no tax bill in the mail or online. We often travel for several weeks in January and if the tax bill doesn’t show up very soon it will make getting a renewal sticker before the end of the month difficult. Same thing happened last year. We receive our real property tax bill months in advance so I don’t understand why we get 3 weeks or less to receive and pay our vehicle taxes and get a renewal tag in the mail."
