"They took great care of my dads dogs when my dad passed away because he lived in s.c. alone. They kept the 2 dogs until someone in the family could get there to take the dogs home."
"First and foremost one must understand animal activists must fight legislation and those who govern. This facility is understaffed and overcrowded with animals. When an activist wants to fight this shelter they MUST TAKE those animals to their personal homes for care! The catch and release of animals is NOT proper, yet this is what this facility is doing."
"this animal shelter is, by far, the worst I've ever come across. the last 5 times I've tried to take dogs dumped off in front of my yard, I've been told no for different reasons. usually they're full is the excuse. yet, the 'dog catcher' is conveniently out of the office each time, getting dogs. well, if you're over capacity, where are the dogs going that Randy is 'out getting'? or is he doing something different. just do your job. It really isn't that difficult."
"Cushy job if you can get it. Not sure Animal Shelter Director actually works here even though hours are posted on building and prior arrangements to pick up microchip were discussed. This is 4th time being here that I was not able to be helped though apparently they are open. Poor dogs and cats!"
"Great staff as always. So kind. Took out all the dogs my son wanted to see. Even a couple more than once! Very patient people. Got my baby boy a dog today. Very affordable and they make sure they are up to date at the vet when adopted including spaid/neutered. Here's our boy Ice!"
