"Unit #504 No way is this unit Top or the Line. Nasty, dirty, run down, needs major attention to updating and repairing and cleaning. Floors were nasty dirty, our white socks were black with dirt and hair. Refrigerator was filthy inside and out. Beds were broke down, mattresses had deep sunken holes, comforters were stained and dirty, the mattress covers were ripped and taped together. The lamp in the living room was held together with blue painters tape. The elevator needs MAJOR repair, the doors don’t want to open. The concrete has exposed rebar and cracks and broken out chunks. Pictures of the unit were probably taken when it was actually clean and in better shape. I’d add more pictures but they won’t upload. Sorry."

"Not a bad view, hard to park between pillars, the pool is nice and warm. Unfortunately had to wait 1 extra hour before we could get into our room in the condo due to the owner doing work. Should have gotten some kind of discount or something. The condo was dusty and not very clean, for waiting an extra hour. Smelled like smoke when we 1st walked in, but was told it's a non smoking place. No working lights in one of the back bedrooms with attached bathroom which was the only source of light in the room. Both lamps did not work even using switches to see if would turn them on. We did manage and enjoyed our vacation regardless of some issues."

"It may not seem to attract you from the outside but it is the best inside. I have had so many great memories in 402. I suggest going. Ask any questions you may have about parking, pool, or 402."

"Unit 101 had no adults staying in it. Just 12 thur 16 year old kids that slammed and stopped all night long. Beds were uncomfortable. Long drive down ocean Blvd. Anger was up... Sliding doors to balcony did not work as for one of the TVs and the internet. I will not stay they again."

"My mother lives here. Best place to own a condo in SC. The beach is beautiful and never too crowded. Hogs inlet is right there and beautiful to see."
