"Myself and 2 other people witnessed that there was an employee in full uniform sleeping in the dining room. 2 other employees are on there phones working about the weather. They asked why we were leaving and I replied, you have an employee sleeping in the the dining room!! That's not what I want to see when I'm ordering food!!"
"I will never support Wendy's again. I got hired on a while back. It was a bait and switch. They literally cripple themselves by hiring less people then they need to turn a profit. Too much work put onto each employee. Y'all can't keep no one bc you don't have enough people on staff. No one wants to do the work of 3."

"If I could give zero stares I would!!! This place is TRASH!!! The person taking orders recognize my voice on the speaker box. I had a pick up for a doordash order n I wanted food myself so I ordered. When drive around to the pick up window n waited for both mine n the doordash order… The guy handed me the bags both bags were taped with the doordash sticker they use for doordash!!! The bag that I thought was mine was my customers bag n they had taped the doordash order receipt to my food bag n this is what they gave me cheese fries with a side of spit!!! Nasty people are working here!!!"
