"Came looking for relief from severe sciatic pain. After steroid injection at doc's and 6 days of prednizone with no relief thought I'd give it a try. Was expecting an adjustment, not what I got. Entered unmanned front desk. Waiting room had 2/3 yr old watching TV and dog sleeping under table. Dr Lyn entered and took me to exam room to wait 10 mins. Exam room had baby doll on exam table, which I assumed belonged to Dr Lyn's child. Was room cleaned? She asked if I was opened to acupuncture. Said I was open to anything that would relieve pain. While placing needles in my glute her daughter was knocking on door wanting her mother's attention. Child came into the room!!! Could hear child crying while I was waiting the 20 mins for session to end. Felt like I was at a day care. Dr never gave a clear diagnosis of what the problem was or what the outcome would be. Paid my bill, made second appt and proceeded to leave office stepping over sleeping dog at exit door. She said it wasn't my sciatica. She was wrong. Needless-to-say, I cancelled appt and followed up with my doc who was able to provide almost instant relief. Was most disappointed in the lack of professionalism."
