"I am a local and live about 5 blocks from this station. I very seldom go here due to their gas price almost always being higher than the many other options nearby. My wife and I decided to stop by real quick today for my wife to pick up a couple of scratch off tickets. It was 4:18pm on a Sunday afternoon. My wife asked the clerk for two number 14s and the cahiers response was "I already wrote my numbers down". My wife wasnt sure if this was a response to her request or if she was speaking to someone else so my wife made the same request again and she received the same response with no further explanation of what the cashier meant. Since we are not employees of Shell we had no idea what "I already wrote my numbers down" meant. After a few seconds of awkward silence, the cashier did offer information that she was suposed to be off shift at 4pm, however the person relieving her has not shown up. Therefore, she was not selling anymore lottery tickets because she had already wrote her numbers down. Now we havr an idea of what she is referring to. So, this employee, which I do not have a name, but she did have a nose piercing was not willing to sell anymore lottery tickets simce she was ticked off about her relief not showing up on time. So now, i will continue to drive the extra minute or so down the road to avoid paying too much for fuel and/or having their employees refuse to perform the duties of their job."

"Crystal is like the mom of the neighborhood... Very friendly and caring. Gas prices are decent. Great selection of alcohol and snacks. Dan seems to be an awesome manager. He shows genuine care for his staff and his store. I always encounter warm, friendly, smiling faces when I visit."

"Clerk wouldn't allow me to use the restroom because she said the floor was wet. I informed her that it was clearly dry (doors were open) and she said it took 20 min and she cleaned the floor 10 min ago so its still wet (despite them being fully dried)... horrible customer service to an everyday customer..."

"Rude, clerks very few options unless you are looking for alcohol, in which case this is your store. The prices for what other beverages they do have are higher than other stores in the area. Gas is usually a little bit higher as well."
