"I hired Spann Roofing for a roof repair. The process started smoothly with a prompt quote and a scheduled date for the work. However, the actual service was extremely disappointing. A two-man crew arrived, set up a ladder, and went onto the roof. They were up there for about 10 minutes before heading back to their truck where they proceeded to take a nap for approximately 4 hours. It wasn’t until I went out and woke them up that they stirred, claiming they were on a break. After my intervention, they returned to the roof for about 30 minutes and then left. Despite being quoted for a half day's worth of work, the crew barely worked for 45 minutes in total. To make matters worse, the roof still leaks in the same places it did before their visit. I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of professionalism and the poor quality of service provided. I cannot recommend Spann Roofing based on my experience. EDIT: YES, YOU OFFERED TO COME BACK OUT AND FOR THE CHARGES TO NOT EXCEED $1000. DO YOU REALLY THINK I AM GOING TO PAY YOU TO COME OUT AGAIN. WAY TO STAND BEHIND YOUR WORK."

"Some may not consider roofers as craftsman,but this crew was full of them. The took care of my home as if it was their's. Tarped every inch while they tore off the old. They repaired a bad spot on the back and did a fantastic job fixing it. The repair was ten times better than the original job. The clean up was nothing shy of meticulous. Not an inch was missed, not an errant piece of trash left. Who brings a porta john to such a small job? This speaks volumes about Spann and how they treat their crews. I would use them again and again, but I don't think I will need to. So nice to find a company and crew that does the kind of work I would do if I could. Five Stars all the way around. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

Dave W the Sales Manger comes prepared to give you a price on the spot, no waiting days. This company is on time and honest, and wants to give you a good roof for a fair price. There not going to charge you whatever price your Insurance company is willing to pay. They are professional GAF Master Certified installers. Their system is top notch starting with Luis R the Foreman who is on your job sight. He is very friendly and wiling to answer any questions you may have. Dave B the Project Manager comes back to inspect the crews workmanship and he is picky. Anything he finds they fix it to meet his standards, the company's stands, and GAF standards. And what I also liked about Spann Roofing was they have their own crews. You want the best go with Spann Roofing and you'll sleep nights."
