"I bought a $120.00 pellet gun there on a Saturday, Sunday I brought it back in the box, With the recipe and they wouldn't take it back. After being told on the phone to bring it in. The managers were very disrespectful Id definitely hit the Walmart on 501 instead"

"Im not sure who they have running this Walmart but they are very unprofessional they don't care about the customers and this is the same way one of their front end team lead feels I've never been treated the way I was I've been here my entire life and it's sad that some of the people working their don't want to be their I just wish it could of been handled the way it should of been instead of treating me like a criminal just for trying to return something that yall know the numbers don't match for security reasons I talked to the company I didn't think I would ever say this but I feel like I was treated the way I was because of my color it pains me to say that but that is how I feel I've never stolen anything in my life im an upstanding person their was know reason to treat me that way my health isn't good stress isn't good for me and my pain the pain was so bad and my ptsd was so bad I couldn't get out of bed for days my anxiety was awful also everytime I have to go into the store to get something it all hits me again the way I was treated by the employees and the store manager didn't even care"

"This goes for ALL Walmarts. I'm sick and tired of 40 Registers in your stores and only 2 or 3 ever open!!! You force everyone to go to self checkout, even with 100 items, Then watch them like a hawk and accuse them of stealing! I went 2 weeks ago to get 2 pumpkins, same price, but one didn't have a bar code. So I scanned the one that did have one twice. Well, this lady walks over looking hard-core in my cart! My partner went in today, well your stupid computer glitches out and doesn't show and item he purchased. You then want his receipt to prove it, making him look bad! This is getting out of hand Walmart! Either put your people back at those registers or back the F up! Enough!!!!!!!"

"I purchased a bathing suit for my 3-year-old daughter. It was too big on her so I attempted to return it and I was told that they no longer take swimsuits back on returns. The item has all the tags it's on the original hanger it has the liner in it and they refuse to return it. After talking to 1-800 Walmart and wasting 35 minutes of my time they told me I should speak to a manager who I did speak to the first day I went and tried to return it. The manager's name was Matt and he was the one who refused to take it back."
