"I have been having issues the the Main office at American Home Patient on delivering the supplies I need. Everytime I have an issue, I contact my local office in Conway and they resolve it. I had an issue today and it was taken care of. James is my local contact and he is very good at resolving my issues. I would definitely recommend this office."
"Second update, May 17th We spoke to two more people at Medicare, and one of their supervisors, which makes a total of four people now who told us that Medicare had NOTHING to do with American Home Patient pulling the plug on my husband's oxygen. It was entirely initiated by AMP, not Medicare. Medicare knew nothing about it, and they said he absolutely qualifies to have this service. Update May 15 After I filed the complaint, Tara called us to say that they are taking the oxygen back. THE OXYGEN THAT MEDICARE HAS BEEN PAYING FOR ALL THIS TIME. I CANNOT BELIEVE THAT A COMPANY LIKE THIS IS STOOPING TO THE GUTTER OF SPITE WORK BECAUSE I FILED A COMPLAINT. Also, just FYI I noticed employees giving five star ratings to this office. Pretty sure that's against the terms and conditions of Google. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Terrible communication. I've been promised a call back three times about my husband's equipment and no one ever calls back. I'm beyond frustrated. It shouldn't be this hard. This confusion happened the first time around with them too with his other equipment. You can feel the sloppiness and disorganization coming through on the phone. Jamie is great though. He gets five stars! Update. Just got a nasty gaslighting call from someone named Renee. I have had it. Now I am filing a compliant with BBB and with the manager."
"A problem my wife was having with the mask fit was resolved by our technician who analyzed the problem and fixed the issue. The mask change made a world of difference. The sleep and comfort my wife is getting now is without a doubt the best it’s been in 6-years while on the Resmed. Little or no loss of air and both are sleeping great. Great job to our technician.
