"I normally don’t leave reviews but today I am. I had an appointment for 10:30 and I arrived at 10:15 like I was told to do. The office staff were very sweet and made the check in process easy. I then waited. and waited.. and waited and watched as other people who had appointments after me get checked in and immediately brought back. I waited over an hour and still nobody checked me in. I finally built the courage to ask the check in staff and she was even surprised i was waiting this long and immediately made a phone call to someone in the back. They finally came and called my name and the person who called my name and did my ultrasound was very cold and rude. I felt really dismissed when explaining my symptoms. You’d think, as someone who has never had to go through letting different doctors look at my body, that she would’ve been a little more compassionate and try to make me feel comfortable. She had just a blank face, would ask me a question and then immediately dismiss what I said and would move on. Coming from someone who’s very young and had a scare like this I thought she’d atleast be more sympathetic. I was highly disappointed to say the least."

"I went a couple of weeks ago for my annual 3D imaging mammogram. I was the first appointment of the day which I always schedule on purpose. I work in Healthcare and I know how busy it gets. In any case, the mammogram tech and the registration staff were very nice. I have imaging today for my thyroid and at a slightly later time. I'll be back for that review later."

"Do NOT go here if ur getting a sonogram. The woman didn't know what she was doing taking an 1 hr and 30 min to do a 20 week sonogram. Not to mention she was rude about take videos and gave us horrible pictures. Made up some policies of her own to accommodate her comfort. What a disaster!"

"I want to praise everyone that was part of my encounter for a mammogram and bone density test. I have Parkinson’s and it’s accompanying movement issues. They were kind, helpful and accommodating and not even for an instant made me feel uncomfortable. Thank you everyone!"

"The one in conway was absolutely amazing. I was in and out in 10 minutes or less. The people at the front were absolutely lovely; the gentlemen who did my sign in was the best; so kind and funny and the one who seen me for my ultrasound was so sweet as well. Thank you all!"
