"This group of workers have absolutely no clue what they are doing. It's as if they were trained by Chimpanzee's. While in the store filling out my application I heard more curse words from the employees than I heard at the local sailor bar!!! These employees are rude, vulgar, and very unprofessional to say the very least!!! Never in my life have I seen a more incapable bunch of employees that a company actually pays them to be the most untrained bunch ! Shame on you cricket wireless! You could probably find better employees at the local zoo!"

I had a specific need when I entered the store, and even though it took a little more time than we expected, they made sure everything was done correctly before I left their presence! I'm truly grateful for their friendliness and commitment to superb customer service!!! These ladies at this location in Conway are AWESOME!!!!"

"Needed to remove a line today from my account. Door was locked about 15 to 20 minutes before closing time. Employee opened the door and told me, "you can call 611". I did end up calling 611 and it took only a few minutes, so it easily could of been handled before closing time. I have been with cricket for several years with multiple phone lines and have always had good experiences and excellent cell service. But this particular store is a disappointment."
