That said i would absolutely never work with Michael Grider. "Be ready to bid on this house." That's what Michael told us when we were trying to work out an offer before the house we wanted hit the market. After it hit the market we found 46 items on inspections. We still offered to buy this house and were basically told to go away. I am sure this house will sell (eventually) but the offer will not nearly be as good as the one we gave. You wasted the sellers time and lost them money. You are the reason why this house its still sitting...."
