"We have a dealership business and we have a business account with them. My dad went this morning to put a deposit and he was asking a question to an assosicate Tina and she ended up yelling and telling him no! And another associate marry was telling my dad to Hush! They are so rude and disrespectful. Dont waste your time with these people and go to a different bank."
"Will not be using this branch again. Was shorted over $1000 in a deposit and only found out when reviewing the books a month later (corporate office fixed the error). And then my wife was refused notary services because they were “too busy.” She called to make an appointment and no one picked up. When she went in person, she was told to call, and when she said she had and no one picked up, she was then told that the teller did not have time to make an appointment for her because there were other account holders in line. So she was just ignored. Baffling to ignore one customer’s request to make an appointment because there were people behind her in line."
"Problems with the ATM at this bank on two different occasions. There's really no excuse for this. They need to maintainence their machines more often. First time it didn't give me back my card so I had to go without until the next bank day, which of course was the whole weekend. Second time I deposited cash and it confirmed the amount printed a receipt and than it said transaction cancelled items can't be returned. This was over $1000 in cash and I had to wait more than 5 business days to get a deposit that I needed to pay my rent. Talk About nonsense. in its finest form. My cash and they keep it for over a week. Needless to say I changed banks ."
"Rude all the time towards Indigenous people had the nerve to close our accounts because we wanted a notary service. I have never seen energy like theirs they are clearly incompetent of what their jobs are. Clearly laws have been broken and many others they have done like this who will come forth. We are tired of the discrimination on our ancestors land people should be grateful but instead have their noses in the air. Clearly you smell yourself that bad that you need to treat people how you smell. Smh"
"Teller was absolutely rude and seemed inconvenienced by me coming in. Didn’t say a word to me the entire time and tossed my deposit slips at me. I told her to have a nice day and she didn’t even look at me. Completely ignored me. I have never had a problem at this branch until now."
