"Amazing group doing some really great things. We've helped out since 2001 when we first got the call from the fire fighters. Although we moved from TN a few years ago, we'll keep giving whenever we get the call."
"Ive donated to Knoxville Firefighters Association on 2 separate occasions. I will never donate to them again for 2 reasons. The first is that they sold me tickets to a benefit concert and then after I'd paid, cancelled the concert and offered no reimbursement and no rescheduled event, just a "due to circumstances beyond our control, the concert has been cancelled." That's stealing no matter what cause it's for. I'm happy to help anyone who's in need, especially children, but to sell tickets to an event, cancel the event, and then just keep the money, that's stealing and make this organization look like a scam. As others have said, they also blow up my phone NON-STOP. So annoying."
"Great people and will always support fundraising and community events."
"I went for an interview. The people were very nice. Fingers crossed, hopefully I get the job!"
