"I'm elderly and disabled. Had problems getting packages since I moved into a high rise apartment. Called to find a solution and a truly lovely lady answered immediately and went an extra mile to help me. There are some wonderful people in this scruffy little city and one of them works at the North Knoxville Post Office! And thanks to the front counter employees for their help as well. Friendly smiles and great cooperation from mail carrier to counter employees, sorting room and administrative personnel."

"I got there at about 2 minutes after 5. My box had the label already on it and postage paid. There were several customers in the line. And the lady working sees me in there at least once a week. The other customers asked if they could please open the door just to grab my package from me and told her she didn't have to do anything to it and her only response was the answer is always no. But even despite being a couple of minutes late this particular woman is always rude , always extremely rude."

"I been with po box for over 8 years now and I've had no problem with them till today .. terence was so very very rude .would give me a chance to ask questions or even talk.. my mail was getting picked up out my po box and I'm the only person on or pays for po box ..88 dollars every six months to get treated like trash by him .. he said someone took my key cause they didn't give anyone mail ..but my daughter walked up to the counter and got her mail outta my box and then put a hold on my box mail so with this being said he denied it saying I was lying when I got the mail to prove it.. so not to mention I had a box gone just last week .. so I will not be dealing with this post office anymore .. everyone I've always talk to seen behind desk was nice and knows me personally but this terence guy is very disrespectful to not only women but costumers smh sad people can't even respect others over the phone.. I just said by cause he wanted to set and argue with me that I needed to bring my ID down there to prove who I was but never a id to get my mail ..SMH JUST SAVED ME 160 A YEAR ...THANKS UPS NOT TO MENTION I GOT FAMILY THATS WORKED AT MAIN OFFICE FOR OVER 34 YEARS ."

"Gotta give everyone working there today (12/16/23) a major shout out. Our local post office on Asheville Hwy closed unexpectedly during business hours.. on the deadline for shipping Christmas gifts… so we went to this location. And so did about 30 other people. 10 minutes before closing and the line was out the door. The guy with the red hair was helping people in line and the 2 ladies behind the counter worked as quick as they could. These employees deserve extra recognition for their hard work today!"

"Packages NOT delivered. First time the gate was locked ….. I HAVE NO FENCE!!!! Todays excuse/ lie my front door was obstructed blocking delivery of my package. Got him on camera putting the mail in the box nothing blocking front porch for package to be left. As he had no package in his hand."
