"Good Folks FOR YEARS!"
"Phenomenal local credit union. Nate is, was and forever will the the man. Great place to do business"
"When I first walked in Audrey was so nice and friendly. I felt instantly welcomed and then I met Priscilla who helped me secure my first auto loan. Priscilla was super nice, knowledgeable, answered ALL of my questions (I had many LOL) and I left feeling confident that I picked the right place and people to work with. HIGHLY recommend."
"I have never had a single rude Teller. THAT'S saying something these days."
"Genuinely awful experience at this credit union performing a shared branch transaction. The clearly incompetant employee at the desk put my transaction through 4 times - pulling $1200 out of my account. The employee never looked me in the eye, only apologized for the inconvenience of making me wait for 30+ minutes, and didnt offer any solutions other than having us call our credit union. On top of that, she checked her iPhone in the middle of this whole interaction - something that clearly was unnecessary and should never be done in front of a member. I've been paying on this car for 4 years using shared branch services and have never experienced anything even nearing this. With one broken link in the chain - they will receive this bad review and a warning to never step foot near this credit union. The woman, lisa, should be let go immediately or put through extensive training. PS - give me my money back."
