"Tmobile's doors are locked cause the system is down. They put a sign on the door system down and come back at 12:30. So there is a time for the system to come back up. Instead of having the doors open to service their customers. The two individuals are sitting down to eat food. I was coming to have the screen protector put on my phone. What does the system have to do with them putting on a screen protector. Absolutely worse!! Tmobile, this is highly unacceptable as well as very unprofessional. Never deal with this location again."

"Never had luck with this store ever being helpful, normally end up going to Rockingham location. Was just on the phone with Tmobile for issues, and they were like why did this store say going from a 2022 S21 flagship phone, to the lowest model A15 would solve my issues, it is worse in every way, even thought the A15 is newer. You can tell this is not a corporate run store but a franchise."

"After 2 1/2 hours trying to switch from Verizon we left. Employee didn't seem to know what she was doing, was bad mouthing TMOBILE customer service the entire time we were sitting there. Bought a new car last Thursday took 45 minutes. Credit score over 800 all 3 agencies but couldn't get 2 iphones financed. Doesn't say much for TMOBILE."
