"I have called north the north location and the main office several times, multiple times within the same day and different days without a single phone pick up. Why are we continuing to use tax money to pay for phones that are not being used. I called for thirty minutes straight without the phone being picked up. I would recommend not to call because they do not care about the people they are serving."
"Registration service is fast and easy. Do not need to wait in queue for a long time"
"A true clown show. This is a State agency, meaning anyone can get their registrations renewed there. The lady renewed one of my registrations. She then had a problem with the other one. Called someone over to help. That lady didn't know what to do either. So she told me that since I didn't live there I couldn't renew there. She actually voided out the registration that had already been completed and paid for. I've never had an issue renewing anywhere else, my home county or not. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. A lot of people walking out looked ticked off."
"Hi, I did gave a gentleman who helped me through email which I appreciate. Otherwise I’ve had a real time with my complicated, unresolved situation! I was told my car couldn’t be titled in tn ( I had lived in two places and was going to be later working in another while in bowling green, Ky) after I realized that Id be in bowling green I requested the title to my new 2024 vehicle be sent to bowling green. It was sent to Lexington which is ok, my id address is there, my license! I was surprised though that the couldn’t title my car in Tn simply because the rental place included my utilities.. what if a wife, of someone, for example, wants to purchase a car and works and lives there but they put utilities in her husbands name??? I called the Lexington DMV and they said they’d have to send the title back to Knoxville who’d send it to me, through the bowling green dmv, great right? Well it never came and everyone said to wait. So I did. Now I’m being chastised by them for waiting, and there’s nothing they can do as far as helping me! I was confused because I had been in touch with someone and they sort dropped the conversation. Ive been given alot of misinformation by dealerships/dmvs too, there’s been many phone calls and emails!! I found out the person, main bg dmv employee, was out of town…which is my fault I guess? I’m dealing with identity theft so I feared the title was missing in the mail or stolen… ! But I was just told to wait, they would mail me a letter when it solves, ? They eventually found it in the DMV in Lexington. They never sent it. Now, my deal to sell the car is void. I’m losing a lot of money! I’m not driving because the criminals follow me.. I was told to come back to the dmv in bowling green or Lexington (!!), three days later when Monday comes but that neither would probably help me! So with the title, and both DMVs talking and me standing there… NOTHING! Nothing had been resolved!. I don’t know if they mailed it and want me to wait another month! I’m in the middle of another move. I don’t know if they’re keeping it or plan to send it later.l, maybe Monday while I’m on my way?!! No one answers the phone, there’s No options for a duplicate. No recommendations for what I should do. And no information for me to be able to get my own **** information-paperwork! It belongs to me right? Why is the system so outdated? With this much technology and intelligence, why? When I was in California they sent the title and license plate in the mail. At least that felt like I received service and no one violated my rights. I just really feel like something needs to change! Thank you! Ps I obviously do think some of these people may be involved in crime but I do hate to accuse someone outright especially if they were planning on helping me, you’d be surprised where all I have encountered the criminals"
"I'll give this location two starts because they're quick to move the line and the driver's license ladies are fantastic and are actually helpful. The low review is for the employees who seem to hate having to take the time to explain and assist you in your questions - we were actually laughed at by the two women with stations on the right side. Like all the other negative remarks, they seem to be more interested in getting out of work on time rather than actually doing their job to assist you and you'll have to make multiple trips to accomplish your goal whereas other locations seem to be much more accommodating."
