"Really a 3.5 star place. It is never crowded and the staff is nice. The gym is clean. But, the equipment is so old. Everything works except the Smith Machine. It kind of works, but really needs to be replaced. It is so hard just to move it on it's tracks. You hardly need to add any weight there is so much drag on it."

"This place is great. It has a good mix of people, from moms (like me) to people coming in after work to gym junkies. But it's not overcrowded, and I've only seen about 20ish people max in the building. It is very deceiving from the outside. The place is huge and has a decent selection of equipment. Beverly, one of the owners, is very kind and helpful. Kids are allowed here, and there's always 1 or 2 floating around the place. It is clean. Equipment is well maintained. Def recommend."
