"Maybe when they work around the Downtown Area and others, they can park their trucks without blocking all of the ramps coming off the sidewalks. They were blocking the ramp near the Park Area at Market Square and also by Petro’s Chili & Chips near Market Square. Both trucks had plenty of room to move and leave the ramps accessible. We only had a stroller, I feel bad for those in wheelchairs. We can do better City of Knoxville."
