"I’ve banked here for years, but never really use this location until recently. A family member passed away and left a small amount of money to members of my family and the executor on the account signed the check. I went to deposit the money and was questioned what the money was for and it was recommended that I go somewhere else to cash it and then come back. I went to the bank that the check was issued from and had NO issues or questions. I brought the cash back to my bank and got a different teller this time and she said “ooo did ya sell something”. Since when does a bank think it’s appropriate conversation to ask what your money is for!? I mean, they acted like this was a huge amount of money or something. I had to explain two times to this location that the money was left to me. I think it could have been handled much differently and am considering moving my account elsewhere."

"The tellers are extremely rude, particularly the elderly woman. This bank is also the closest branch to my home; I live in downtown and am disabled, this means I was forced to spend $30 on a taxi! I would never recommend this bank to anyone, not even if I hated them..."
