"I was at the store on Sunday, June 2nd around 6:38 P.M. attempting to purchase 3 game green cigar packs. I provided I.D. And was then denied service from the cashier, Nathan, who accused me of looking intoxicated. He claimed that he smelled alcohol on my breath. I don’t drink. I asked to speak with the manager and she said for liability purposes they cannot sell to me. I offered to get the cops involved but she reasoned to me that I probably don’t want to go through the hassle. Being falsely accused of being intoxicated is completely wrong but claiming to smell alcohol on my breath was a bald faced lie. I just recently moved to the area and have frequently gone to this Weigel’s as it is close to my house but I will no longer be buying anything from this location again. I’m really not one to leave a bad review but the principle of falsely accusing someone of being under the influence should be illegal."
