"Tammy keeps the units up well and she is very nice and always helpful. hey are very reasonably priced, lower than most others anywhere. Since Tammy took over managing the property it has always been clean and kept up very well.She truly cares about the people that rent the units. "THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE AND SHADY AS ALL GET OUT!!! My roommate and I have been with them only a couple of months. The whole company is shady and rude. We will not be doing business with them anymore and suggest no one else do either. When we signed up and she went over the contract with us she got to the late fee and told us "haha I have some peoples cards on file written down and they don't know about it so when they don't pay I run their cards anyway." We thought she was joking and she is strange so brushed it off. Then when we went to set up auto pay she asked to write down our card number we told her no, she said she writes them down to track who's on autopay. You can write down the name and unit number the card number is not necessary. She apologized. We went back this month to set up the autopay had issues last month. We were locked out of the lot due to non payment (THEY WEREN'T OPEN ON THE 1ST AND WE WENT IN ON THE 6TH) she was on lunch which is why the payment didn't get made early on the previous Saturday. Got the auto pay set up left and did somethings. ALMOST AN HOUR LATER calls us and tells us she needs our card information over the phone she was playing in the system and accidentally deleted it. We told her no she wasn't writing the card number down we would send a check instead she said we were still on autopay and would be charge. BUT SHE DELETED IT????? When questioned she got really upset and said if we had a problem to call her boss which we did and left a message they weren't open. He called back 5 DAYS LATER. Says he doesn't understand the problem she is trustworthy they have cameras she doesn't write anything down. He was told it was set up through autopay with the bank to send a check each month he said it sounds like you're unhappy and need to find another storage unit. WE WILL ABSOLUTELY BE DOING SO. NO APOLOGY. NO I'LL LOOK INTO IT. NOTHING!!! Just being argumentative and insinuating that we were overreacting. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE, IT'S ID THEFT WAITING TO HAPPEN IF IT HASN'T ALREADY."
"I suggest NO one to use this storage unit. Their management is unprofessional and not willing to admit wrong fault. I called and left voice mails, as well as, sending a letter to notify them that we will no longer be paying for the unit. But 5 MONTHS LATER, we receive a letter advising we owe a debt. When I attempted to contact the so called manager she couldn't care less. Keep in mind, they were changing managemnt during my cancellation but they cant tell me where my letter went. So here I am with a 500+ bill for a service of which was cancelled. My question is what company, who wants their money, with supposively no record of payment, not send a notification of non paymant until after they have put amounts into debt.!! JUST DON'T USE THEM."
