Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

"Pick a location , any location . They are all the same . I’ve been a customer since I was 16 years old , which is now 51 years . BOFA simply does not care about the client . They think of ANY reason they can to use your money and keep you from spending it . The latest ; my wire account is suspended due to a suspicious wire transfer I executed approx a year ago ! What ? Yeah . So now I can’t wire ? Oh , I also can’t with draw over $100.00 without permission . Or use my credit cards I have had for over 20 years that have zero balances . And I can’t use bill pay to pay another bank’s card more than $200.00 per month ! I swear I do t need a babysitter ! Good bye and good riddance BOFA . You can now release my $200k . I’ll bank elsewhere . This should be fun trying to get it from them .. FBI , here I come ! Cause that’s robbery ."

"Saturday my wife and I tried to cash a IRS refund check. They refused to cash it . My wife banks there and I don't. They didn't trust the check. Said they had no way to retrieve funds from me if the check was bad. No to USA CHECKS, the building was full of Non Whites...they had no trouble doing business with them. Most didn't even have an account. They are being paid with a Bank of America Checks.... no need to check anything on them , I was told by a Manager."

"Made an appointment in advance for my husband and I to open accounts and transfer from another bank, 3 hours before our appointment one of the branch employees called me to cancel the appointment because they “did not have the capacity to help us”. They did not elaborate further or help us schedule with another branch. They told me we could “try walking in somewhere but that they probably couldn’t see us and not to walk in to this branch”. Tried to reach out to customer service online with no response. Long story short we went to another bank for our new accounts."

"This particular branch is awesome. I had to dispute a transaction bc I unknowingly entered into a transaction with a very shady/unprofessional business owner. The over-the-phone claims department, though kind, could not provide substantive assistance or consistent information about my case and often seemed to generally not understand the situation. However, the folks at the Kingston Pike branch (specifically Savannah and Christina) provided phenomenal customer care, did whatever they were allowed to do to help me, demonstrated impressive knowledge of policies, procedures, and best courses of action. They were truly a pleasure to work with. I watched every employee at this branch provide the same level of superb service to every customer during my two visits here. My situation isn't resolved yet, but I've gotten much closer with the help of Savannah and Christina! It's due to them and their help that I'm going to continue banking with BoA."

"This location for Bank of America is pretty busy, but I try to come back here for one reason. The security guard!!!! He always smiles, opens the door for his customers, helps to form lines for customers, and much more. He puts customers first. He is an example of how one employee plays a significant role in a company's income by increasing their customer satisfaction. If you've ever wondered how important a role a member of a team play may be, look no further. This security guard doesn't just stand there. He is the differentiator, the reason I bank here."
