"The Tritoon was everthing they claimed and more we even got a tube at the last minute it was in perfect shape. They delivered early and went over everything on the boat with me. Communication was excellent. We even forgot an expensive bag for our sunchill they got ahold of us and brought it all the way back. I’ll be renting from them from now on."

"These guys are obviously is the business because they love what they do, they love the lake and they pride themselves on customer service. Before even meeting Eric and Dwayne, these guys went above and beyond with interaction. They were the only location open to rent boats in early April and stayed in close communication since before the rental, until we returned it. I had direct reach to the staff even in late evening of non-peak season. It had been a while since operating a boat and his staff patiently answered all questions ahead of time, during the checkout process, and during our rental. The weather was poor and they worked with us to accomodate a pickup and drop off time that worked for our group and allowed us extra water time. The boat was in great condition and cruised 17 (10 adults / 7 children) around the lake with ease. I can't say enough about how this experience truly made a challenging weekend at the lake (due to weather) an enjoyable and memorable experience for the entire family. "We love Oasis Watersports! We own a house on Norris Lake and every time we need an extra boat, the owners of Oasis make sure there is a boat waiting for us in our dock. They have really nice pontoons too. Renters love the service Oasis provides. If you rent a boat from a marina, you can spend half the day driving over to get the boat and then bringing your vehicle back to the rental property. How nice for renters on Norris to arrive to their rental homes and find their nearly new pontoon waiting for them. The owners of Oasis are courteous and care about their customers. They are easy to reach and respond to emails immediately. This is important for good customer service. I personally refer Oasis Watersports to my neighbors on Norris & other renters. I feel confident in doing so. If you want a great vacation, make sure you call Oasis the minute you book your rental home."
