"It was awful I literally got charge 150$ to park for maybe 4 hours it’s not acceptable anyone should stay clear of this parking lot worst experience ever"
"There website sight is trash. The wife and one child is at the children's hospital right across the street in a room and I can’t pay for more time on the web sight so now I am waking up a 5 year old to pay for parking even though it’s supposed to be online. FYI it’s 2 am. What a pain and I know god forbid you don’t get it paid they will boot your car. Park somewhere for ease so the other can keep up with the time of making sure it’s paid then can’t do it. Hire someone to make a descent website for the love of god. Won’t use this company in any city ever again."
"Easy entrance and exit"
"The attendant for this is trying to generate extra income. They ticketed my wife for parking in spot 8 when she punched in 6 on the kiosk. The kiosk ticket was on the dash and the paint is worn off the spot. She paid for a spot it’s an honest mistake. This is a private lot not a city lot, so be ware of scams"
"Was harassed (by harassed I mean yelling and screaming at us the ems crew the patient and patient family) for parking a ambulance in their lot to take a patient inside to hospital because there was no parking on the street and the ambulance bay was full . the parking lot attendent identified as a officer. He refused to show his police identification and quickly left. The guy is a total a$$ hole. Sorry for parking there for 7 minutes to get someone into the hospital ."
