Adam and Christian were extremely respectful and professional. The billing is for parts and labor by the hour, and they didn't waste any time. None of this surprise billing rate by the job. They didn't cut corners. I feel good about the work they did, and the final bill was very reasonable. I would not hesitate to use them again."

"Great experience! I called early on Monday January 23rd with a 17 yr old dead water heater and had hot water again when I got home from work. The office staff was friendly and helpful. Jennifer came within an hour and explained how sizes and requirements had changed. For the new one she had to move the vent up and add some pipe and a thermal expansion tank. She did a great job and cleaned up as well! I will definitely call Engert with any more needs and I will ask for Jennifer. Another great experience with Jennifer! This time she got my Dad out of a pickle. Handsome elongated highboy now graces his bathroom...and no leaks!! Thanks again for the diligent clean up, response time and reinforcing under it."
