"I had to leave 1 star didn’t want to leave that IM SO SICK AND TIRED OF LAZY POSTAL WORKERS TODAY 4/27/2024 THE WORKER PUT MY OUT GOING MAIL ON TOP OF MY BOX I PLAN ON COMING TO POST OFFICE ON MONDAY My grandfather was a handicap post master and walked in ALL WEATHER conditions and worked just as hard as his workers did this is a shame guess I’m going to have to put my mail on hold when Jerry isn’t working"
"Horrible experience at this location (Powell). After waiting in line for 15 minutes. J.R. requested I get back in line after picking my shipping bag to write down the address. I declined as I had already waited in line for help with picking the right package. As he continued to argue with me about the quickness of helping those behind me, I reminded him that he just took a personal cell phone call during a transaction with the customer before me, holding up the line. He became irate, said he was going on break, put up the lane closed sign, and told me I could wait on the lady next to him. He said he was the manager and could do that! I asked the woman, she said he is NOT the manager and suggested I reach out to Eddie about my complaint. To no surprise, Eddie was just as unprofessional. He interrupted me and tried to quickly justify the situation before I was half way through explaining the problem. I brought to his attention the lack of consider I am receiving once again and asked who I should speak to in order to have this situation properly handled. He said he was the only worker available at the moment and asked if I could come in person and resolve the issue with J.R. present. Why would I feel comfortable as a woman being around two men in person who show verbal aggression and lack of care or consideration for customers. My next step is to write a letter to USPS corporation. Hopefully my voice will be heard."
"Super friendly, super helpful. Mitch was extremely helpful and nice to talk to on the phone, glad I have such a nice postal establishment this close to my house. Keep up the good work guys!"
"Really impressed with the manager who called me last night about my packages being left at a garage which I don't have multiple times a month. I know when it happens it isn't my regular mail person. It is an inconvenience, but understanding the situation and why this is happening helps. Just having someone say, yes I can see that they are being left at the wrong address and taking ownership makes me feel a little better about the situation. Thank you!"
