Reviews
"The dump used to be great open 24/7 now they close at 15:45??? That’s such nonsense! Haven’t been able to take trash because I work late! Screw Cherokee County!"
"Decent recycling options, plastic bottles, aluminum cans, newspapers, cardboard, and glass! Basic trash is free, larger bulk item require you to pay a service fee by the pound for the landfill, scrap metal and electronics have options when open. Trash and recycling is 24/7, landfill has weekday hours only."
"Always had a good experience here. Man on the window is so nice. Don’t like the steep drive to the landfill drop zone."
"My experience at cherokee county landfill was very disappointing. I frequently use the landfield. Everytime i have to put up with very rude people. The two women that works the window are extremely rude!! This need attention and put to a stop. I have always followed all their rules and treated them with the up most respect. But for some reason that's not good enough for me to be treated with kindness and respect!!"
"While disposing of a grill, I fell and immediately two of the men working near us came and helped me up off of the ground and then helped toss the grill into the dumpster. One man's name was Matthew and couldn't have been nicer. This facility is so well run, neat and clean."
