"UPDATE: From 1 star to 4. The mechanic, Doug, called me from his cell phone. Had me bring in my lawnmower, replaced the clutch under warranty, and I picked it up 9 days after dropping it off. I’m extremely happy with the quick turnaround from Doug. Give that man a raise! ORIGINAL REVIEW: I’ve been calling this store for 2 days (9 calls) in an attempt to speak with the mechanic to schedule service on my zero turn which I purchased here. There has never been an answer. I spoke with customer service yesterday. They took down my information and said they were going to walk it back to the mechanic, give them my information and have them call me that day. No call. I’m on day 2 now. Still no answer at the mechanic extension. Spoke with customer service again, was told they were going to walk my information back and have them call. The customer service rep read my phone number back to me so I was able to verify it is the correct phone number. What a nightmare this is."

"I like Rural King in general but I can’t say they beat Tractor Supply, necessarily. I do know they have gas cans that are made by the same company that makes KTM cans and possibly VP and Jegs. Plus they are $21.99 not $55.00. The orange can in the photo is KTM brand."

"This store is a great place to get farm and garden and outdoor supplies. It also has a surprising variety of other things that I've found that I needed. There's also popcorn available to all customers (which my kids love to eat while walking around the store). People here are nice and friendly. Prices are reasonable too."
