He is not a man of his work and unless you like chasing people to pay you then I would not recommend doing any work for this company. Apparently from the Google reviews I am not the first he has not paid!"

"****BEWARE****** I am the owner of Skip's Construction Co in Louisville, KY. I was contacted by Drew Hamby of Holmes Court to redo a job for a sub contractor that they had hired to build a storage building. The sub they hired did NOT pour a footer when building the building. I requested a deposit of $3,600 to be paid before I completed the work. I was assured on a Friday that they sent out a check for the deposit. It is now 3 weeks later....after the job is completed, I still haven't been paid the deposit check or any check as far as that goes. If you are a contractor and they contact you.....BEWARE....they will tell you what you want to hear....but NOT follow thru on their end of the contract. *****BEWARE*****"
