"We live beside the property they are building on. They hire careless people to build their houses! We have found over 200 nails in our yard, trash, sheet metal, shingles etc. They also broke my bird bath. They don’t care about other peoples property. Also they build these house in a less than week. So good luck with your new build!"
"It’s a cute house but we’ve had a lot of problems. Been here 8 months (house is almost a year old) and we’ve had a sewer leak, 2 broken/ incorrectly installed toilets, 3 trees had to be removed, the garage door was installed incorrectly and had to be fixed, the countertops were not sealed properly and need to be refinished and resealed. I love our house but I’ve never lived in a new build house needing so much repair. The builders have been nice enough when we’ve called but because we bought the house from an investor none of these things have been covered under warranty."
