"The first time I went to A New Hue was for a plaster class that was being taught by a guest instructor from out of town. Eugenia and her crew were friendly and and made sure we can access to anything that might need. She graciously took us on a tour of the house by the studio that she had redone so we could see some of her beautiful work full scale. I also got to watch her crew in action working on a vertical cement project on another that used similar concepts to what we were learning in the plaster class. It was such a fun experience! More recently, I was able to attend a class Eugenia was teaching for carving plaster and concrete. She packed a ton of useful information into that one-day class. She made sure we had everything we needed to take home with us if we didn't finish a project in class. She's such a patient instructor while being so fun and gracious. Eugenia is an amazing artist, and she's also a very genuine and kind individual. Her enthusiasm for creativity and life in general was a pleasure to witness. I would encourage anyone who is considering working her in any capacity to do so without reservation. Truly a wonderful experience!"
