"Purchased liquid termite treatment from Arrows Exterminators, 10517 Kingston Pike Knoxville TN after their saleperson indicated that this treatment is guaranteed for at least 5 years. So year one, I received a bill of $180 for inspection and renewal of warranty. So I called the Arrow sales manager and asked why I should be paying the annual fee if warranty is at least 5 years? Shouldn't first 5 years of fee be waived? His answer was " that's how everyone in pest control business is doing it." His answer is not truthful and not everyone makes a promise of 5 years of guarantee and turns around and charge customer fee for this warranty. Do not do business with anyone who won't backup it's own sales person."

"In general, the worst service experience we’ve come across. In less than six months, three different technicians came to service and the last guy never called beforehand. Express my displeasure of Arrow charging my credit card on file for a service not performed (interior treatment). Service technician again charge card without first completing the service. Lastly, our cameras let us know they were again at our house and called to learn they sent a service guy out to retrieve the exterior pods but no calls or notice beforehand. Highly recommend avoiding Arrow."
