"After spending quite a bit of frustrating time on the Social Security website and calling the national SS number, I happened upon the local number which was answered with no wait time by Miss McKinney. By the end of the call, my blood pressure was back down and she had set up a phone appointment that will enable me to sign up over the phone. She was polite, professional, and went out of her way to make sure all of my questions were answered. I cannot say enough good things about how she turned around my opinion of the SS system and how much I appreciate her assistance! I plan to ask for her if I ever need to call that office again."

The lady that helped me was so nice and took care of my problem promptly. I had called the 800 number twice and couldn’t get any results. I advise anyone to skip the 800 number and take the time to go to their local office."
