Most importantly, Mr. McCoy does excellent work, and you can count on him. If you have a project that needs professional concrete work, Mr. McCoy is the person to call."

"We hired Elite concrete to pour and finish our driveway. Lynn McCoy (the owner) promised us he would be here the day of our driveway pour. He left early in the morning and did not come back until the evening. We called him throughout the day telling him his guys needed more help. He would say he was on his way but didn't come back until late that evening. This was a very large job. The concrete was being poured and drying before they could even broom finish it. As a last ditch effort his guys tried wetting the concrete repeatedly again to get the finish we requested and instead it left us with a terrible slick finish and lots of ruts in our driveway. Lynn and 2 of his guys came back the next morning to cut the concrete. The cutting machine was set to low and dug into the concrete next to the cuts. The hispanic man doing it looked up with anxiousness as he noticed what he had done. Lynn quickly brushed concrete dust over it and moved on. One cut they started was not straight at all so they stopped that cut and attached a straight cut to the side of it. It looks like a 5 year old finished my driveway. I hope nobody else makes the very expensive mistake that I made by using Elite concrete! We have had multiple other concrete companies out to look at the driveway and they all say it cannot be fixed. The only solution is to tear the driveway up and start over. We have asked Lynn McCoy (the owner and of Elite concrete) for a 25% refund. He refused and offered us a much smaller refund “if it would resolve all issues” (in his words). We did not accept his ridiculous offer and will be taking further action!
