"Omg do not Buy a vehicle from them the worst customer service ever! we bought a car over three weeks ago. We had it for two days. It had to go back in the shop for things that not disclosed when we bought it. Every time we try to call for an update, we get the runaround about when our car will be ready and as the last time we heard, they still haven’t ordered the part. They’ve had the car now for three weeks and we have paid substantial amount of money to get the vehicle we wanted in cash and trade . Just completely unacceptable in doing this to any customer!"

"DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!!!! sure to go to the Maryville East location and ask for Caleb Jordan or DJ this is about the Callahan lot The experience I had at this location was absolutely absurd. Ernest was rude and unprofessional. I have known Caleb for A year and had seen a car at the Callahan location. I called Caleb to see if we could bring the car to Maryville and he said yes and to wait for him there Ernest had walked up to my vehicle which is a 2016 Toyota forerunner SR5. He immediately targeted me asking what I was there for and if he could help me with my fiancé sitting right next to me, I told Earnest that we were waiting on Caleb From the Maryville East location I also asked Ernest if I could see inside of a Tahoe on the Callahan Lot Ernest told me the Oey had just gotten to the shop and not service and that is why I could not see it or drive it understandably I said OK Ernest then made a snide and rude remark because I had a friend from the East location coming over instead of going through Earnest himself when Caleb got there to the Callaghan lot, Ernest then showed the same Tahoe to the new owners because the Tahoe had been bought. I saw no reason for Ernest to lie to me about the vehicle itself. Caleb and I then looked at a Maserati and Ernest tried to sell the car to me with Caleb standing right there, Ernest had made a mention about the leather seats. I said I hate leather seats because when I wear shorts, my skin feels like it peels off Ernest then looks me up and says and says oh your thighs and then proceeds to call my forerunner a lesser model several times because I did not have leather seating with Caleb sitting right there. Ernest continued to stare at me and watch me make phone calls to friends and family about the big day. My fiancé was experiencing. Ernest was rude unprofessional and sexist made himself seem like he cared more about money than the customer in front of him at the Callahan lot Is rude and inconsiderate we sat for an hour before Ernest came up to us to be rude again. If the manager gets to read this review, Ernest should be fired and he should find a new profession should shut down completely due to the shady business they are doing As a woman in her 20s, I felt discriminated against and like I did not matter only my credit score and down payment mattered. Make sure if you’re planning on doing any business with Volunteer Auto go to the East location and ask for Caleb, Dj, Jordan. as I was reading several other poor reviews, the management does not seem to care a call to corporate will be made on Monday."

"I recently bought a 2016 GMC, drove it for 2 weeks telling them that the transmission was bad,they've had it the past 2 weeks telling me that the transmission was ordered and now they say they're waiting on a warranty adjuster to come look at it and I tried to get them to help with the payment and they won't even call me back, so I just made my first payment and only drove the truck for 2 weeks. If looking go somewhere else. They will tell you anything!!"

"These guys are great! If you don’t have perfect credit but still need a great car, this is definitely your place!! Cars are clean, warranty’s are available and they are very knowledgeable about the cars! I would definitely recommend checking them out on Callahan drive! They also have the Vols players there all the time for meet and greets!! Go Vols!"

"Don't come here right after work...I personally do remodel and had paint on my clothes we had scoured the lot for about 15 minutes...Noone came out!!! So I went inside made eye contact and nothing I didn't look like I had money so I guess I wasn't good enough for the sales !!! I absolutely would NOT recommend this place unless you walk in "looking" like a million dollars"
