"Worst experience ever. Found out they continued charging me for a hum device 2.5 years after canceling it. Called and canceled my account a month ago and found out today the jet pack is still active and they are billing me for it. Do not trust this company. There should be multiple class a law suits."

"If you leave in the Knoxville area and have any issues with your Verizon phone or service, make sure you don't waste your time . Go straight to the Verizon on Callahan rd next to Lowes and ask for Lane. You will not be disappointed. After another store completely set up my new phone service wrong, they told me I would have to wait 30 days to make any changes even though it was their mistake. Well, that didn't set well with me, so by recommendation, I went to the Callahan store, and Lane had my phone & service fixed in about 15 minutes. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this Verizon location and Lane."

"This store is completely horrible, I don't understand how Verizon would let a store with such horrible customer service and a revolving track record of bad complaints still operate and tarnish their name. Went in simply for a SIM CARD reading invalid. Store had 3 reps actively working with customer which isn't the problem the problem is that General Manager see the store is full of customers coming in back to back and no help. Standing around for an hour while the reps are still with their same customers. The line continues to fill up check in after check in. ( as a general manager if your store has fallen behind and extremely busy. The professional thing to do is step in & help ) don't be lazy and feel entitled to not work because of your status. Once I call him out for not helping he then disappears in the back of the store for the remainder of the time. For this to be a corporate store it's a complete shame. Assistants was not completed by this store due to us leaving for the obsessive wait time. Left and went to another store 3 miles away which is an authorized store not corporate and was in and out by the time this store texted us about our check in another hour after we had already left. Completely SAD. Makes perfect sense now on the service just looking at their reviews."
