"Worst of the worst kind of City utility company. My bill was 300$ for no reason and no one can tell me why or cares. They can’t do a profile to tell me where the water went. "Got a call on Monday from Gayla advising me that my water usage was excessive and that I may have a leak. Convinced it was a "billing error" at first, I took her advise and FOUND a leak. Without her taking the time to warn me, I could have had several of thousands of dollars in damage as the leak was in an area that would have gone unnoticed INSIDE my home. Just wanted to express my gratitude and a public "Thank You" for your concerns for my family."
