"I would give 0 stars if I could. I have only lived at my current address for 2 months and in that time, multiple packages have not been delivered. When a package isn’t delivered I have to drive to the Farragut office to retrieve it. I will get an email notifying me a “delivery attempt was made at 10:57 am” which a a lie. I was sitting at home today at 10:57 and so I know there was absolutely no attempt made to deliver my package. I am beyond fed up with this but it seems impossible to make any progress to get this issue resolved. Avoid this post office at all costs because they don’t care about you or your mail."

"They refuse to deliver items all the time and if we make a whole trip to go to pick up stuff we shouldn’t have to, they don’t take complaints about their employees. They know us because we always have to come in and complain about their lazy employees that won’t do their job."

"Great service here. I mailed over 19 boxes to Maui, Hawaii and everyone who helped me at the counter was so kind and personable. I made a new friend, Rhonda, who helped me with the majority of my boxes. She never made me feel hurried and got me in and out a lot faster than I thought. As a customer, I just want them to know I appreciate them."

"Considering this is a government office with government employees, this branch does a good job of getting folks taken care of considering how crowded it can be. Don't get me wrong, I've had many issues with mail delivery, just not with service provided by this branch location."
