"Our experience has been both good and bad. Do we feel we have a good home? For the most part. However, when problems arose we struggled getting things done properly. There were things they agreed were done improperly and fixed later, there were things we had to help them figure out how to fix (which we felt was odd as we are not the “professionals”) and there was a long term problem caused by faulty workmanship and addressed at the time and one year later that M.Stevens refuses to pay for. Our monthly bills/statements would sometimes have mistakes that were found (by us, the customer) and we often felt pushback in trying to make things fair. There were times when mistakes were rectified but we had to point them out. This was daunting for us and we always felt as though we were looked at as the “problem” customers for this. We have never been so traumatized by a situation and hate that we made a mistake choosing our builder. Fairness, honesty, courtesy are things we value and exhibit towards others and expected that in return. We didn’t get that."
