"We paid $135 cash. They gave us the wrong parts. There's a 20% restocking fee even though they messed up. But they don't have the right parts and their POLICY is NO refunds on cash transactions. The 3 employees at the counter said they all disagree but are powerless to fix it. The manager made himself scarce and refused to deal with us. THESE PEOPLE ARE TOTAL RIP OFF ARTISTS!"

"On 06/18/2024 I needed some parts for a 2018 JD 3038E, but I also had some questions about a Summit rear remotes, power beyond kit I was installing. I really didn’t expect any help with this considering I was installing it myself and I bought the kit somewhere else. I went in and the lady referred me to Randy, I explained what I was trying to do and wow, Randy was the greatest in my eyes. He literally went into detail about hooking rear remotes and power beyond up. I am so thankful that there are still places and people that will help if they can. Thank you Randy in service and thank you Chuck at the parts counter for helping my wife and I with putting the parts in the truck. I will not forget this company and their people. "I recently bought my first tractor - a John Deere 2032R - with a full implement setup, including loader, post hole digger, tiller, a box blade, and a 17 foot trailer. I worked with Joe, the General Manager up here, as well as Andrew, one of the new sales guys. I had the best experience I could have hoped for. They were friendly, down to earth, and I never felt pressured to buy more than I wanted or needed. There are a good number of AgPros in reasonable driving distance from me, but I always go to this one (including for service on my JD zero turn mower) because not only do they sell this equipment, but they actively use it themselves, especially Joe and Brad. They can tell you what works, what doesn’t, what you need, what you don’t, etc. After we got the deal done on Monday, Joe and Brad drove out to my place to deliver the new equipment the next day - about a 40 minute drive - and helped me get it unloaded and setup. They showed me all the basics, and made sure I felt comfortable operating it. I tell ya what.. when you’re spending $40k+ on equipment that you’ve never owned before, they made it much less intimidating and approachable. On top of all of that, I feel like I got a really great deal on the full package. Deere is offering some incentives and 0% financing right now which, in this economy and with the Fed raising rates every time you turn around, is a steal of a deal. Even if you have the cash to buy outright, take advantage of that 0% financing and keep your cash in a high interest savings account to automatically make the payments every month, and keep making 5% interest on your money. Anyway, I just wanted to thank Joe, Andrew, and Brad for the support and welcome that I felt throughout the whole process. They took all the time necessary to help a newbie like me with the purchase, and they’re a prime A+ example of good honest hardworking men. I can’t recommend this AgPro highly enough. I’m sure the other ones are fine, but this one is the top notch, top shelf, best of the best. I’d give it 6 stars if I could. I will continue coming back for all my service needs, as well as future equipment and implement purchases. If you’re reading this review and considering an equipment purchase, I recommend you do the same."
