"First you should know this funeral home has been sold to different people. I did not know that at the time. While Tonya did a good job of the arrangements, the execution was left to be desired. I was greeted , the wife of the deceased with “ You look like you are in charge “ to asking what the plan was. And at the end , someone had to go looking for John to close the service. The bulletins were shotty work. It looked as if the print was in draft mode and the lettering was very faded. My husband’s birthdate was incorrect. And this was handed out at the service. Others were reprinted after the fact, only after complaining. At 4 1/2 - 5 1/2 I’m unable to mail the bulletin without folding it in half. When the bill came, there was a discrepancy. I had to call and request the correct balance. I never expected to have received this kind of treatment."
