Sevier County's Finest

"I hired Sevier County's Finest through a third party vendor for snow removal and it was a disaster. First, they showed up over an hour late. They sent me several pictures of the job, which were confusing. I have two properties. One property, the one in which I specifically requested services for, I did not receive photos of. Instead, I received photos of the area around the property. When I asked why there weren't photos of this particular driveway, I was told it was because it was night-time by the time they tended to this driveway. I did receive photos of the driveway to my other property, but these photos, were covered in snow. I later received a call from my cleaner. I live out of state, and she is my eyes and my ears. She said nothing had been done, on either cabin, so I called Sevier County's Finest again, and they assured me they would head right back there, and they never did. I then had to scramble, and find another plow company and when I asked Sevier County's Finest for a refund, of the extra charge, which they asked for regarding my second driveway they refused to give it."
