"Just recently moved five states and PODS was amazing to work with and helped in all areas of the move which at times was stressful due to delays but they always made sure to make corrections to original order and to explain all of the fees that would be required. "Our experience with PODS has been mixed. First let me say the drivers and local service has been amazing. Specifically Myron our driver out of Knoxville is great. Where are difficulties have been is with the customer service and scheduling. We have had deliveries cancelled without notifying us, customer service reps who made promises they couldnt keep and a real problem with contacting managers and getting calls back to resolve issues. A message to the leadership is get your back office in order…your local staff and drivers are great and propping up your business, but you need to get better on the front end and train and empower your customer service team."

"First, I am a business owner in construction and remodeling. My experience with PODS is from the business account side. PODS customer service was great! We needed 2 containers delivered to a clients home to store an entire house worth of items during our restoration process. The neighborhood road and driveway were a bit tight but the drivers made it work. They were great to work with, prompt on delivery/pickup, and were careful not to damage the clients driveway or yard. We rented the units for a total of 5 months with no hiccups in billing. It was easy to schedule the delivery and the pickup through our online account. There was only one thing they could have done better which was disclosing fees for pickup when we initially rented the pods. It was probably in the contract somewhere and would not have swayed us from using PODS. We were hit with a pickup fee that we weren't expecting that was charged to the card we has on file. Other then this unexpected fee, everything went well and we will use PODS again in the future for projects."
