"The care I received there was just fine. The billing department leaves much to be desired. I was asked for my insurance cards. I gave the lady both of them. A month after I was there, I got a bill in the mail. I called to find out they had no information from one of the insurance cards. I called today to give them the information from the card the lady ignored when I was there. Turns out there was some information on the one card she looked at that she didn't enter. Now their computers are so bloody slow I've been on hold for 30 minutes while the lady on the phone has been doing battle with their computers. The hospital needs to train their people to collect ALL the billing information submitted by the patient, not just some of it."
