"My visit was possibly the most disappointing experience of my life. The nursing staff did not check on me at all. I had to.use the restrooms over an hour and a half before finally taking my IV stand to.the nurses desk to ask to.do so. I attempted to gain the attention of several.staff members passing by prior to.getting up, but to no avail. I was not given a call button and there didn't appear to even be one in the room. The biggest issue, however, was the on call doctor, Dr. Robbins. He finished ever sentence for me before I could give him information. Due to my prior hospitalization a few days earlier, he already had diagnosed me with no additional info necessary. When I ran in to him at the nursing desk hours later, he only offered info on my prior issue, offered me a prescription and didn't seem the least interested on anything else I had to say. Upon discharge, the prescription he called in was not the form I was told I was getting and I could not tolerate it. The discharge paper work was only related to my prior condition with no further aftercare directions. He is truly one of the most disengaged, unhelpful, and unsympathetic doctors I have ever encountered. I will NOT be returning to.this facility."

"The receptionist was very friendly and quick to get me started on paper work. It did not take long to get me in to see the doctor. The doctor was great, patient and diagnosed my rash quickly. Prescribed a cream ,which has worked amazing. I was very comfortable and felt welcomed and cared for."

"I had a shoulder replaced. Had 3 months of physical therapy and now my shoulder is as good as new. I think this is due to the great therapy treatments I had at the outpatient therapy center. Desk clerk (Jackie)was always right on course with with all the scheduling and paper work and the therapy was always top notch due to the therapist (Jennifer). I'm Well pleased!"

"After a long and dreaded shoulder surgery, my surgeon ordered physical therapy. Of course, my first choice was Tennova Outpatient Rehab. The Director was extremely flexible in adding me to their already busy schedule. Not having had physical therapy ever I did not know what to expect. Thanks to my therapist, Jennifer, I can use my arm now. I still have a ways to go but my range of motion and strength has improved as a result of her challenging and motivating therapy. She listened to my concerns and always had a modified exercise and encouragement to help me progress. Hands down I recommend the center for all physical therapy and especially Jennifer."
