"The judge isn't honorable at all, asking with Clinton, they're Corrupt! He allowed My previous landlord & his son, who both, have a law firm in clinton, asking with hundreds of rentals, to illegally evict my family and I, our of our home after our was condemned! He ruled in their favor, denied me if any and all rights. Denied me legal counsel and would not allow me to argue my case, no longer than I began to speak one sentence, I would be interrupted and then after being made to represent myself, he and the landlord's son/attorney were all laughing at me! The entire experience, the lack of care or compassion, the unprofessionalism and the fact that the trailer was pending to be condemned; nobody is going to pay for a month of living in a condemned "home." I had proof of receipts, proof of where the landlord's had been taking 200 off rent, due to my having to do the repairs on my own and the photos of the holes in the flooring, the dead decrepit burnt, dried out rats that had gotten stuck in the bottom of the central heating and air unit in the hallway. The judge even went out of his way, to side with his attorney friend and even argued against me! He had no intention nor interest in looking at anything I had to present, in an effort to win this case. I had already lost, before I walked into that courtroom that day. He gave me the option to appeal but purposely made it impossible for me to do so; by manhunt the appeal cost of "18 months rent & court costs!" This is the reason, among many others, that Anderson county will always be corrupt and favor those who are evil, greedy and just plain heartless!"
