"I don't write a lot of reviews but, after using Stancell Roofing I felt I needed to share the experience with others. Stancell Roofing recently (July 2023) replaced my roof (and rebuilt my dormers). Originally I called with some roof damage from a fallen tree but, after inspection (with great picutres for my insurance company) found water damge (not related to the tree falling). Stancell Roofing , Steve and his great crew were here working each day at 7am and usually didn't leave until 7pm. They were very thorough , experienced, hard working , and professional. I really trust what they did (Steve did a great job documenting with pictures each step of the roof replacement and installation). This was fantastic to show for insurance and just tot have as record for the future. Stancell Roofing used the Owens Corning roof system on my house with the Titanium UDL50 synthetic underlayment (this stuff replaced felt and tar paper). It is amazing! Also, used the Owens Corning weather lock mat on roof valleys as the water proofing barrier. Finally, the Owens Corning Duration Shingles (I got the Williamsburg Gray). They replaced all my water damaged plywood and rebuilt my water damaged dormers with PVC composite (wood grain) so it will never rot again. Absolutely fantastic work and craftsmanship from Stancell Roofing. I am so thankful a friend of mine in the neighborhood recommended them after Stancell Roofing did their roof."
