"What a great experience! Randy was really helpful and the paperwork was really easy. I needed a car quickly and found the pictures of a really nice 2009 Honda Fit on-line. I called and made arrangements to drive over from Asheville to test drive the car. The entire lot looks very nice - all the cars are in good shape and nicely detailed. The Honda I wanted to test drive was PERFECT! The paint was in good shape, the interior was like new, the undercarriage was in good shape and it drove smoothly. The A/C and radio worked well. There was really nothing to negotiate but I asked, "Would it be possible to pay a little less than the asking price?" Randy lowered the price about 6% and we had a deal! He offers a PWI warranty that has good coverage and my independent Honda repair shop suggested that I take the coverage for 2 years. Randy made all the arrangements for the Tennessee Title and sent it to me UPS in about 2 weeks. There is no tax in Tennessee. I took the title, insurance information, and my NCDMV pass inspection to the NC Tag office and paid 3% NC tax, tag and property tax and got my new NC plates and tag sticker. It was a really easy process and I got a great car. I highly recommend Imports and More. They are honest people with very good cars, low mileage and decent prices. It was well worth the drive to Tennessee to get my new 2009 Honda Fit. If you are thinking about getting a new (used) car - go take a look. You will be very pleased."
